Policies
- Reservations - Payment must be made in full prior to service in order to reserve your appointment
- Cancellations - 24 hour notice is required.
- Weather - Rain and Snow do not stop us from walking dogs or visiting pets. However if excessive hot, cold, icy or windy conditions pose a risk to walking your dogs, they will be let out for a potty break and played with indoors. If icy conditions create a driving hazard you will be notified and the appointment will be reschedule free of charge.
- Keys - Most clients prefer that we retain a copy of their house key. The key exchange is made after the client consultation and signing of our service agreement. Mind Body Dog prefers to have two copies of the client’s house key in the unlikely event that one is lost however clients can leave an extra copy with a neighbor if they prefer. Client keys are kept in a secure location and never labeled with addresses.
